 Further Information

At AR Taxation Solutions Pty Ltd, we believe that it is important for clients to receive information on costs in advance of them being incurred so that they are fully aware of their liabilities when they arise.

If you require any additional details or if the information above requires clarification, please contact us and our staff will be able to help you.

Appointments

We always welcome clients calling into our office at any time and where possible will accommodate their requirements. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and to avoid any inconvenience it is best if clients are able to telephone first and make an appointment. In urgent situations, appointments can be made on short notice.

Storage of Documents

We regularly hold important documents for clients in our office. This gives our clients a safe and secure facility at no cost to them.

Professional Fees

For Taxation & Accounting services we charge either:

1) An agreed sum for our professional services on a membership basis; or
2) An hourly rate.

The hourly rate will vary according to the experience and position of the Accountant involved in the particular aspect of the work at any particular time. Our hourly rate is calculated in units of 6 minutes or part thereof. These rates are exclusive of any good and services tax (GST). Included in our professional fees are accountants’ time, secretarial time, usual photocopying costs, local telephone call costs, usual facsimile costs, and postage.

Any estimate of the accounting costs we are currently in the position to give is provided to the client. If there is no estimate given, this is because at that time it is not reasonably practicable to do so, and instead a range of the estimates of the total costs is given to the client. The variables which may affect the calculation of the range of these costs include the complexity of the matter, the accounting processes involved and the number of attendances on the client and on other parties required to implement the client’s instructions. Any other significant matters of which we are currently aware of which may affect the calculation of costs are outlined for the client.
